Section Training Challenges • New reality is that Region can no longer provide significant training • Sections need to get creative to develop volunteers • Institute Officers meetings separate from EXCOM meeting and use as Training opportunity • Invite past Section Chairs to attend and use them as a resource • Leverage experienced members of your section as Trainers

CLE – Center For Leadership Excellence • Encourage all members of EXCOM to use IEEE Online Training • https://ieee-elearning.org/CLE • CLE focused on two broad areas: Training for IEEE volunteers, and Professional Development Training • Training available for all specific positions in a Section EXCOM (Officers, Chairs, etc)
