    1. Rural and Industrial Landscapes in Wales.

    2. What are we going to do ? Discuss what is meant by an urban environment and a rural environment. Investigate the different kinds of landscape found in these environments. Look at and discuss the work of some Welsh artists

    3. Investigate the use of perspective in drawing 3d shapes Make a collection of sketches from direct observation Make a landscape painting

    6. Perspective Drawing Draw 2D boxes. Develop boxes into 3D boxes. Group your 3D boxes in settlement type pictures.

    7. Formal Perspective Drawing Group your 3D boxes in settlement type pictures (Lesson 1). Drawing using 2 point perspective. Use what you have learnt to develop a more industrial looking picture.

    8. Rural Landscapes Make a series of drawing that reflect the local rural landscape. Develop ideas for a large landscape painting painting.

    9. Home work Number 1 Select one of the Welsh artists you have looked at this lesson. Write 150 words of your own about the artist. Make a small illustration in your sketch book
