Simple things you could do

Simple things you could do…

  • Give flowers to a neighbour

  • Offer to help someone with their shopping

  • Do extra chores without being asked

  • Buy a coffee for the person behind you in the queue

  • Let someone go ahead of you in the queue

  • Sit and listen to an elderly relative

  • Give someone a hug

  • Smile at someone – and say hi!

  • Give a sandwich to a homeless person
