  5. Rural Transportation Assistance Program (RTAP) • Provides transportation funds to foster system-capacity development • Technical assistance • Training • Feasibility studies • Funding • $200,000 (FY 2007) • $600,000 (FY 2008 and 2009)

  6. Rural Transportation Assistance Program (RTAP) • Regional maintenance center development • East Texas COG coordination project • El Paso ITS project
