  3. Investigations : • Hemogram – • Hb 14gm% • TLC 5400/mm3 • Plt 1.7 lakh/mm3 • SGOT /SGPT 28/26 • Bil 0.8 • Alk phosphate 379

  4. Total protein 7.5gm% • Alb 4.6gm% • Globulin 2.9gm% • Urea / creatinine 33/1.1mg /dl • FBS 155gm% • ECG sinus bradycardia 50/min ,T wawe inversion in lead ii ,iii ,avF • CXR normal lung parenchyma , no cadiomegaly

  5. MUGA scan - mildly dilated LV cavity with septal apical hypokinesia , EF 45% • USG – multiple echogenic calculi , cystic mass 5.4×6 cm S/O pseudo pancreatic cyst , CBD 2-3mm ,no calculi seen • Stress thallium – • Post stress – large hypoperfused area in mid and proximal inferior wall.rest of left ventricular myocardium shows normal perfusion
