  2. About Us • Dai, Margy, Esther and Shaun all share in the design and creation of the jewellery from our workshop. Our artistic vision, together with the symmetry and balance of our jewellery, is truly the result of a team effort. • Margy is our qualified aromatherapist with over 25 years experience and Esther manages our oil imports and bottling department. We stock quality pure essential oils, and our range of massage oils and synergies are blended on-site. • We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and want your on-line shopping experience with us to be an enjoyable and satisfying one.

  4. Returns & Refunds Policies • We do over best to make your buying easy and happy. For any reason if you are not satisfied with the purchase, We will return it and we will refund the purchase price of the goods. Refunds for damaged returns will be given at the discretion of management. Please contact us before returning any items. All returns within New Zealand must be made within 7 days, all overseas returns must be made within 30 days of dispatch.
