Housekeeping • Maximize your CCC Confer window. • Mute your phone (*6) if you have visitors or noise in your office. • Please note phone audio may be in presenter-only mode. • Ask questions over the phone when the presenter prompts. • Ask questions throughout presentation via the chat window. • Turn on or off Closed Captioning by clicking on the icon. • Save the presentation or chat by clicking on the icon.

If your PDF file is long or it requires navigation to find information, use the Bookmark system Allows for faster look ups Make it more usable Many companies such as Yamaha, HP, Linksys and LG use Acrobat PDF Technology and make manuals on CD or DVD with their products – they use Bookmarks to find pages swiftly

  5. PDF Forms PDF Forms are made using Adobe Acrobat Professional Allows users to complete forms online Includes basic calculations – great for mileage reports and travel expenses There is a catch!!!!

  6. PDF Forms Can not be saved in Acrobat Reader! They can print and email In order to save PDF Forms, you need the Professional to complete the form and save the form as well

Where does a PDF Form Starts Keep in mind – PDF Forms are not DESIGNED in Acrobat The form itself must be designed elsewhere such as Word, Excel, Corel Draw, QuarkXpress, etc PDF the file Bring in the PDF File of the form and add PDF Form tools Save as PDF Form Can also use Adobe’s new Live Cycle

  8. Lock Down that PDF File! You can password protect PDF Files so people can not - change the file - print the file - change security Remember - make new version of file for secured - Adobe will NOT assist in crackingfile for liability reasons
