  6. Integrated Territorial Project The mission: • to be a tool of realization of the Measures of the Regional Operative Program connected to the local development (trough public works, regimes of help, training); • vehicle of innovation of the administrative-institutional system.

The office The Mountain Community of Alto Agri is the place for the UCG that is the Office of Coordination and Management Project Manager • The assignment of the project manager is the management of • processes of negotiated planning • complex co-financing programs • initiatives for the development in the territories of the ITP

UCG Office of Coordination and Management • It is a common office • The mission is to assure the unitary management • It operates in place and on behalf of the component municipalities in the Local Institutional Partnership, through the delegation of public functions • It uses technical support staff by participant municipalities and external professional resources • It uses logistic and organizational tools to carry out its own functions, whose costs are shared by: • the component municipalities of the Local Institutional Partnership on the base of a special agreement • Co-financing from specific Measures of the Regional Operative Program • Other resources like a kind of autonomous financial maintenance by offering services i.e. projects on the territory

Projects on territory • SUAP: Unique Offset for the Productive Activities (an office that provides to facilitate the procedures of start up for the productive activities ) • AgRI: Agricultural, Foods, Rural and Innovation • Eco-museums network (a naturalistic network for the integrated revaluation of the environmental and cultural heritage) • Libraries in network

  10. TOOLS The uniformity, the transparency and the contact among all the offices are guaranteed through ITP web site
