. Drug: any that causes a change in a person's Side Effect: any effect that is caused by a drug that is different Tolerance: Your body's ability to a drug. As your tolerance increases, you need more of the drug to produce it's original effect.

As your tolerance increases, you need more of the drug to produce it’s original effect. Overdose: Can result in a coma, brain damage, and death.
