  5. Technical solution • Uses the same technical solution as the webbasedcollection. • Tables with aggregated data from the different surveys. • Updateddaily

  8. Evaluation • 290 municipalities • 87 officials from 79 different municipalitiesanswered the form. • 70 hadlooked at the report and thought it washelpful for the reporting • 24 contributedwith suggestions for improvement • 6 had not looked at the feedback report

  9. Evaluation • Highlyappreciated • An easywayto check the vadility • Goodoverview • Founderrorstocorrect • Positive that it arrivedshortlyaftertheyreported the data

  10. Evaluation • Moredetailed information is desired • Moremeasures for qualitycontrols • Put the data in relation to a referencepoint

The feedback report in the future • Developmenttosuit the needs. • Improve and expand the existing feedback report. • Make it available for non-governmentalschools. • Addmorecalculations and comparisions. • Evaluatewhether the methodcan be usedmore genrerally in both business and public sector.
