Introduction: context • Libraries are active in a world where the Internet and the WWW offer information services that increase in number, size and efficiency. • Therefore it is increasingly important that libraries embrace these expanding services in their work and activities. • Realizing this efficiently in practice should be based on investigations, assessments of services and methods.
