The Facility User can contact EBI’s offices for assistance at any time.

  4. Step 4: If the event qualifies for the insurance program, the Facility User will be able to enter their Event specifics • Step 5: Once specifics are provided the Facility User will be able to obtain an insurance Quote for the Event

  6. Process Completion • Once the Facility User has entered all of their information they will be given a chance to review the information entered and make changes (if necessary) • The Facility User will also be able to review the Insurance Contract and Refund Policy ( see next slide for copy of Refund Policy) • The Facility User will then agree to the terms of the program and continue on to the payment screen • The Facility User will enter their Credit Card information and submit for payment. • This process takes just a few minutes and once payment is verified a certificate will automatically be issued and emailed to the Facility User as well as the School Board’s designated Facility contact.
