  13. Until you create your standards of practice and decide that you are going to monitor them you cannot create a healthy schedule.

  15. Master Schedule Development • Identify priorities • Identify variables (what is acceptable variation/unacceptable variation) • Review your Student Data • Where is your biggest need? • What are your options? Can you increase time? Increase Staffing? What is the impact of those decisions?

  16. Work Time (10 minutes) • Complete the first page of “What are the Instructional Priorities for Core Instruction”. • Uncover all of the variations in your current reality. Do you have information on each school in your district? • What are your plans for the future? Highlight areas of improvement or where additional information is needed.
