  3. Education employees must be role models of civic and societal responsibility • Federal, state and local laws • Criminal offenses • Drugs and/or alcohol • Harassment • Child welfare • Confidentiality

  4. Education employees must maintain a positive and safe learning and working environment • Prompt and appropriate action • Responsibilities and proper practices

  5. Education Employees must comply with Wasatch County School District Policy • Understand and follow policies and procedures • Understand and respect appropriate boundaries

  6. As Wasatch County School District employees, you must represent the highest standards and values of the community in a manner characterized by trust, morality and ethical principles. If you have questions or circumstances that may arise related to ethical conduct, you are encouraged to seek clarification from your direct supervisor.
