  4. HISTORY : KEY DATES 1937 Founded by Charles Percival Hart. 1974 Iconic Waterloo showroom opened. John and Tom Hart started sourcing products from across Europe, becoming first major importers of Italian and German designers. 1998 Hart family sold C.P. Hart to Magnet Kitchens. National roll-out implemented poorly. 2003 Paul Rowland appointed by Magnet as Managing Director to refocus the business. 2008 CP Hart acquired by Charco 2010 Ltd. Main aim of new owners: UK expansion 2012 C.P.Hart celebrates its 75th anniversary

  9. SALES GROWTH Projection for 2012: £29M Sales Despite difficult trading conditions since 2008 which have seen the bathroom market contract by a third, C.P. Hart expects strong growth in 2012, driven by investment in Central Sales, Contracts, and improving showroom performance as the Colourwash business was absorbed into the estate. Sales £M
