  1. Different Types of Multilayer Blown Film Plant Mono Layer Blown Film Plant Mono Layer Blown Film Plant is been manufactured by sophisticated technology and optimum grade raw material for making the plastic film or sheet. Some of the features of mono layer blown film plant include ease of installation, rugged design, low maintenance cost and many more. It is been used in different industries for producing shopping bags, grocery bags, liner for woven sacks, garment bags, courier bags and many more. 3- Layer Film Plant There are two types of three layer blown film plant namely as A-B-A Film Plant, A-B-C Film Plant that is been explained as follows – A-B-A Film Plant 3- Layer Film Plant (A-B-A film plant) consists of two extruders with two different sizes. The materials used in A-B-A film plant include CaCO3, LLDPE and HDPE. The outer layer A-A of the machine uses 20% of CaCO3 with LLDPE and larger percentage of HDPE. Whereas the B layer of the machine uses CaCO3 with HDPE raw material. Recycled pellets are also been used in the mixture. A-B-C Blown Film Plant The principle of operation includes like the formula is been set in the touch screen where the system is automatically absorbing the material. According to the formula, the weight in the cylinder is fully mixed depending on the requirement of the extrusion amount as well as the load material into the screw. Two Layer Blown Film Plant The two layer blown film plant consists of similar or dissimilar resins into a compound die head at the same time. A composite film is been formed after cooling through extruding. The features of this film plant include simple process, high production efficiency, saving energy as well as cost.
