  2. 摘要 PADMA 28 (P28)為一種西藏的草藥,原用在治療 -動脈硬化(atherosclerosis) -慢性肝炎(chronic hepatitis) -呼吸道感染(infection of the respiratory) 具有抗氧化的特性。本篇文章使用-血癌細胞 T cell-derived lymphocytic leukaemia cell line CEM-C7H2 來看P28所造成的效果 P28主要在細胞造成的現象有 1-抑制細胞增生 2-造成poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase ---PARP fragmentation 3-apoptosis 4-P28干擾Bcl-2的功能

  11. Discussion *作者提出假設,是否P28活化了caspas。進而導致PARP cleavage *Bcl-2有部份的表現是由INF-gama控制,作者推測P28是在上游作調控。 *PADMA 28 抑制 cell 的增生 *Apoptosis 的情形要看cell culture的情形 *化療的功效來自於,化合的概念來治療cancer。  這和中藥上,複方上的觀念很類似,而且可以降低化療所造成的毒性傷害 *中草藥在萃取和分餾的過程中,會破壞成份 *無明確的結果在人體上的一般細胞 *中草藥並非都是有效且專一的,也無法在血液中固定梯度,只能控制成份在合理的範圍內
