  • FACTORS THAT CONSTRIBUTED TO THE DELAY

  • Condition of the site.

  • Difficulty in mobilization considering the simultaneous

  • work going on in the same area (house construction

  • and site development)

  • Lack of power supply.

  • Beneficiaries need to support the financial and material

  • requirements of their family.

  • Weather

  • Suitable site for forms fabrication.

  • Familiarization with the new technology.


WHAT PROGRESS HAVE WE ACCOMPLISHED AFTER JUNE 18?

FIRST CLUSTER CONSISTING OF 14 HOUSES


WE ARE NOW AT THE 2ND FLR


  • PROGRESS IN THE CONSTRUCTION FROM JUNE 18, TO JULY 18, 2012:

  • Concrete slab for the model unit.

  • Completion of 2nd floor tie beam.

  • Additional Panel.

  • Completion of ground floor for the 14 units.


  • Program of works:

  • JULY

  • 3rd week-finish the wall partition for the 2nd floor of the first row.

  • 4th week-finish the walls of the 2nd row.

  • AUGUST

  • 1st week-put the c-parlenes and possibly the long span color roof.

  • 2nd week-fabrication and installation of doors and windows.

  • 3rd week-installing the kitchen zink and labatory and other finishing works.

  • Aug.24-BUILD DAY. (PAINTING)
