YoucanviewthemarginsettingsyouselectedbyselectingView PrintLayout.Thisisthebestwayto viewhowthemarginssettingswilllookwhenyouprintthedocument.Thislayoutshowsthetop,bottom, left,andrightmarginsofyourdocumentintheWorddocumentwindow. YoucanalsoadjustthemarginsinyourdocumentwhenyouareinthePrintLayoutviewthroughtheuse oftheRuler.SelectView RulertoviewtheRuler.TakenotethattheverticalrulerisvisibleonlyinPrint Layoutview.ThehorizontalandverticalrulersarevisibleinthePrintLayoutview.
