  3. Introducing FIRST STEPS • L&Q work in partnership with MHO to deliver FIRST STEPS for all Londoners, and those who wish to live in London • Jointly host www.firststepslondon.org website – customers can find all information about applying for LCHO, and all properties that are available

  4. Overall Marketing Strategy • To market FIRST STEPS asthe route to all available intermediate housing products in London • To headline market intermediate housing market products available in London to build awareness in our target audience, address housing need and to maximise support to our housing provider partners • To maximise take up from social tenants and other priority groups in London to address local priorities whilst achieving value for money • Achieve high levels of satisfaction from all our customer and stakeholders • To enhance choice and mobility for households in London

  5. Targeting Priority Groups • Existing Council and housing association tenants; • Serving personnel with MoD; • Local priorities – as outlined in South East London housing strategy.

  6. How do we target? • Case studies – placed in RP and council publications • Editorial • Advertising – local free newspapers, council publications etc • Provision of information for front line staff • Flyers and posters in public facing areas – libraries, housing advice offices etc

  7. Other methods • Affordable homes shows – one Pan London show in June, one South East (timing tbc) • Speak to employer groups

  8. Other activities • Produce quarterly reports – profile of intermediate housing market • Communication and dissemination of information to stakeholders
