  5. andwhen to slow down.

  6. You’ve studied aspects of their learning in order to meet their needs.

  7. Your students love you.

  8. They trust you to teach them skills for a successful life.

  9. It’s a daunting responsibility.

  10. Nevertheless, you all carry it with grace and skill

  11. You are willing to try new strategies,

  12. even those that require practice.

  13. Thank you for working hard when you’re tired,

  14. and for giving your best effort on things you don’t agree with.

  15. Thank you for the countless extra hours you’ve put in.

  16. You’re organized.

  17. You’re dedicated.

  18. You will meet the challenge

  19. because you care.

  20. You are educators

  21. and you are creating a better tomorrow.
