BHT Private Rented Sector Initiatives Accessing the PRS • The PRS market in Brighton and Hove is very competitive • At BHT we recognise the landlord concerns when they let a property • We provide clients with the knowledge and skills to address landlord concerns • We provide clients with the skills to negotiate and ‘sell’ themselves
BHT Private Rented Sector Initiatives • Sustaining PRS Tenancies • PRS is suitable for clients who are capable of independently managing a tenancy with or without support • Tenancies fail because of arrears or chaotic tenant behaviour • We provide practical advice, guidance and services for both the tenant and the landlord • The key is to understand the needs of both the tenant and landlord - no two situations are the same
