  3. GradeQuick 2009 Procedural Changes Changes are found in: Attendance/Report Cards Gradebook Setup

  4. GradeQuick 2009 Procedural ChangesAttendance/Report Cards Teachers are no longer required to enter term absence totals into the Homeroom class. Attendance will be pushed into GradeQuick from the Student Information System (SIS aka AS400, Crosspoint, JWalk) and the Progress Report Card will pull from there. No more T1 (T2, T3, T4) Days Present, Days Absent, and Days Tardy to be filled in.

  5. GradeQuick 2009 Procedural ChangesAttendance/Report Cards Teachers should not enter/remove attendance information in GradeQuick. Teachers should make attendance changes in the SIS and wait for an update. ATTENDANCE WILL STILL BE RECORDED DAILY IN SIS.

  6. GradeQuick 2009 Procedural ChangesAttendance/Report Cards The “Days Present” will no longer be reported on the Progress Report Card. This is a result of the auto-push to the Progress Report Card.

  7. GradeQuick 2009 Procedural ChangesAttendance/Report Cards The Reading-Working Below Grade Level and the Math-Working Below Grade level column titles have changed. Columns will no longer look like this:

  9. GradeQuick 2009 Procedural ChangesGradebook Setup Only Homeroom classes will be regularly updated from the SIS. Teachers will add students to class membership in Edline for Reading, Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, and Math. This will allow teachers to control which students they assign grades to in subject areas rather than the Master Schedule without interfering with “minutes” scheduled.

  10. GradeQuick 2009 Procedural ChangesGradebook Setup Teachers will NOT directly add students to GradeQuick. Once a student is added to the Edline class membership they will automatically appear in GradeQuick.

  11. GradeQuick 2009 Procedural ChangesGradebook Setup Teachers will delete withdrawn students from Edline class membership for Reading, Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, and Math. Teachers will NOT delete students directly from GradeQuick. Once a student is deleted from the Edline class membership they will automatically be dropped in GradeQuick. Dropped students may be hidden in GradeQuick WARNING: Do not delete students from GradeQuick directly or you will lose all their grades!!
