  5. Blended Delivery model • 12 week Course • 2 x 2hour face to face sessions • Delivered 8 per week • 120 staff

Evaluation Comparison of skills audit Looking back on when I first completed this questionnaire, I can see that I have learnt a lot about Web 2.0 applications and feel much more confident about using them now. I ‘d heard about Blogs and Wikis, but never really used them or set one up but , since completing this training, I feel much better about using them. I am so nervous of this course but hopefully I will get more confident as I progress If I could remember everything it would be fine......... but……… Thank you to the Web 2.0 @ LJMU team for the quality and content of the training course. I do believe that it has helped to raise the standards of IT literacy within LIS.
