Assumptions • Improvementof teaching and mentoring skills • Enhancement and reinforcement of OST programs • Youth find their own voices and become empowered and engaged in their communities • Youth express themselves creatively with age appropriate activities • Youth experience in-depth and varied artistic opportunities • Youth create art that reflects upon real issues in the city, country, and world • Teams utilize skills and collaborative opportunities to explore/promote social changeconcepts
