报告内容:

Characteristic features can be obtained if molecules locate in the confined field compared to bulk system. In this context, we have examined the analytical usefulness about molecule recognition at the confined reaction fields such as an abasic site in DNAs and RNAs and mesopores of mesoporous silica embedded in nanopores of porous anodic alumina membrane. Mesoporous silica materials have been developed by coating precursor solutions on various substrates accompanied by the process of the evaporation induced self-assembly. In contrast, we incorporated mesoporous silica into the pores of anodic alumina membrane by which functionalized membranes could be obtained for separation of organic molecules and nanoparticles, sensing of metal ions, catalytic reaction by enzymes encapsulated into mesopores and so on. Other recent research results will be given in the talk.
