  3. Adverbs describe verbs. They say how somebody does something. • Regular adverbs  adjective + ly. quick  quickly • Adjectives ended in –y + ly  -i + ly. easy  easily • The adverbs of good, late, hard and fast are irregular. good  well late  late hard  hard fast  fast
