  3. Tron`s main tasks in the project Responsible for • the training of the partners as educators of career counseling • the development of a training course • development of associated learning materials • counseling the pilot courses in the respective partner countries.

  4. Tron`simpression The project has gone very well regarding • The content and methods in the courses • The mixture of the Norwegian curriculum and national adaptation The evaluations from the participants in the pilot courses confirm this.

  5. Experiential learning As in the courses: • a practical task • which you will reflect on later

  6. Tron`sreflections There are four possibilities in this exercise: • The counselor takes all responsibility and act. • The counselor demonstrates. • The counselor gives instructions. • The counselor investigates and uses the focus person`s resources.

  7. The four strategies • Advising (dissemination, guiding, recommending) • Mentoring (Process, dialog, client centered) • Gestalt (coaching, sosio-dynamic, constructivistic, the whole person) • Reflective (analytic, critical, reality-oriented)
