  2. Shooting • Feet apart • Knees bent • Elbow at 90 degrees • One hand on side of ball • One hand under ball • Shoot! • Follow through (snap your wrist) Consistency is the key. Practice this the correct way every time you shoot! created by Mrs. Klinger

  3. Dribbling • Rules: • If you stop dribbling, you must pivot, shoot or pass. (You cannot pick up the ball, then dribble again.) • You can’t touch the ball with both hands at the same time. Skills: • Use the pads of the fingers. • Keep the ball below your waist. • Try to keep your head up and watch where you are going. • Use your right and your left hand! created by Mrs. Klinger

  4. Passing Chest pass: *Start with both elbows out and the ball at your chest. Throw the ball to your partner or teammate, then follow through with straight arms and thumbs pointed down. Bounce Pass: * Start the same way. Bounce ball 2/3 of the way between you and your partner so the ball bounces up to his/her waist level. Follow through with arms straight and pointing at the ground where you want the ball to bounce. created by Mrs. Klinger
