Infant mortality rate is higher (34,9 per 1000) in mothers with only 4 years of school or less.On the other side, infant mortality rate drops to 15,1 per 1000 in mothers with eight years of school or more.

Such an attitude limits the opportunities for the illiterate individual to turn out a Citizen. RENILSON REHEM
