  2. American regional The menu is Inspired by the food we serve at home and the friends we love to share with. We are amplifying the grilling, smoking, roasting techniques utilizing natural, seasonal, local and fresh ingredients.  The service and the design exemplifies “Downtown” Austin  sense of place. The beverage scene is activated daily through a combination of drink promotions, aged-sipping Tequilas and proprietary cocktails. This is a destination restaurant featuring an open kitchen lively bar scene, comfortable setting. DNA Fresh ~ Authentic  ~ Alive ~ Active ~ Stimulating ~ Farm to Fork ~ Experiential Media Centric A bottomless well of friendliness and good cheer. The menu is approachable and comforting. XXX differentiates its menu with natural and fresh offerings. The portions are generous the service authentic and the sports viewing second to none. XXX features a in depth bar menu that incorporates local craft beers, enthusiastic cocktails and attentive service. The emphasize is to create an atmosphere of camaraderie, friendship and one of celebration.  Entertainment: Background music is an Eclectic Mix and programmed to produce a progressive mood. The monitors will also be programmed  with_______ to take advantage of both national and locals sport events Northern Italian Italian cuisine inspired by the northern regions of Piedmont, Tuscany, Veneto and Umbria. The menu is in sync with seasonal products and influences.  Dishes are crowd pleasers with the right balance of familiarity and subtle innovations- creating an understandable, exciting, accessible  and properly priced food experience.  The menu is supported by a breathing and living wine list composed of regional Italian wines.
