WildHorse Resources LLC (“WHR”) is a private independent energy company focused on oil and gas exploration and production in Texas and Louisiana, primarily focusing on conventional development of the Cotton Valley, Bossier, Travis Peak/Hosston, Smackover and Woodbine Formations. WHR and its affiliated entities are aggressive buyers of producing properties and the company operates and develops its assets with a strong commitment to operational efficiency, safety and environmental stewardship. WHR owns interests in more than 1,600 wells and is one of the Top 20 private producers of oil and gas in the United States (Oil and Gas Financial Journal). About
