  2. How to Conjugate Future 1st & 2nd conjugation • The first thing that you need are principle parts • Like: amō, amāre, amavī, amatus • Then you need some endings

  3. How to conjugate verbs • To form these • Go to the 2nd principle part (amare) • Cut off the “re” at the end • What’s left is called the stem (ama) • Slap on the endings

  4. How to Conjugate Future • So amō, amāre, amavī, amatuslooks like this:

How to Translate • The future tense has 1 possible translation in English; amabor is: •  I shall be loved • So the others are translated: • amaberis = you will be loved • amabitur = he/she/it will be loved • amabimur = we shall be loved • amabimini = you will be loved (y’all) • amabuntur = they will be loved

  8. How to conjugate verbs • To form these • Go to the 2nd principle part (ducere) • Cut off the “re” at the end • What’s left is called the stem (duce) • For the 1st sing, cut off the “e” also • Slap on the endings • DO NOT SQUISH!!!! (that’s the present)
