  1. Xeno® IV & Esthet-X®Class V—Site A Material: XENO IV Compared with Prime and Bond NT plus Esthet-X Title: A Clinical Evaluation of a Self-Etch Bonding Agent For Use In the Restoration of Non-carious Cervical Lesions Principle Investigator: Dr. Deborah Cobb Type of Restoration: Class V 6-months results: 35 Patients; 33 Xeno IV Restorations with 34 Controls; (% alpha—highest rating): Retention (97%), Sensitivity (94%), Anatomic Form (100%), Color Match (100%), Marginal Adaptation (94%), Marginal Discoloration (97%), Secondary Caries (100%) Summary: XENO IV provided clinically acceptable results in all the categories evaluated and was comparable to Prime & Bond NT in all categories evaluated. 33 Class V restorations, 1/2 year results

  2. Xeno® IV & Esthet-X®Class V—Site B Material: XENO IV & Esthet-X Title: A Clinical Evaluation of a Self-Etching Adhesive Principle Investigator: Dr. James Dunn Type of Restoration: Class V 18 month results: Study complete 21 Patients; 44 Restorations; (% alpha—highest rating): Retention (100%), Sensitivity (98%), Anatomic Form (98%), Color Match (66%), Marginal Adaptation (80%), Marginal Discoloration (82%), Secondary Caries (100%), Polishability (68%), Surface Staining (100%) Summary: XENO IV gives acceptable clinical results for parameters evaluated in both anterior and posterior class V restorations. No restorations needed repair or replacement. 44 Class V restorations, 18 month results

  3. Xeno® IV & Esthet-X®Class I & II Material: XENO IV & Esthet-X Title: A Clinical Evaluation of a Self-Etch Bonding Agent for the Use in Posterior Composite Restorations Principle Investigator: Dr. Hans Malmstrom Type of Restoration: Class I and II 18-month results: 32 Patients; 49 Restorations; (% alpha—highest rating): Retention (100%), Sensitivity (97%), Gingival Index (92%-mild inflammation), Anatomic Form (100%), Color Match (100%), Marginal Adaptation (90%), Marginal Discoloration (90%), Secondary Caries (100%) Summary: XENO IV revealed very minor changes to the restorations evaluated at baseline. This bonding agent can be used when placing posterior Class I and II composite restorations. 49 Class I & II restorations, 18 month results

  4. Xeno® IV & Calibra®Indirect; Crown/Onlay Material: XENO IV and Self-Cure Activator with Calibra Title: A Clinical Evaluation of an Adhesive for Bonding Indirect Restorations Principle Investigator: Dr. Jeff Blank Type of Restoration: Indirect all ceramic crowns and onlays 1 year results: 16 Patients; 21 Restorations; (16 crowns, 5 onlays; % alpha—highest rating): Restoration Integrity (95%), Sensitivity (100%), Gingival Index (85%), Marginal Integrity (100%), Marginal Discoloration (100%), Secondary Caries (100%) Summary: All restorations were fully seated demonstrating a low film-thickness. Xeno IV is easy to apply and does not leave a visible excess film thickness. 21 Restorations; 1 year results

  5. Xeno® IV & Calibra®Indirect; Crown/Inlay/Onlay Title: A Clinical Evaluation of an Adhesive for Bonding Indirect Restorations Principle Investigator: Dr. Peter Yaman Type of Restoration: Indirect; crowns/inlays/onlays of non-reinforced porcelain 2-year results: 23 Patients; 31 Restorations (13 crowns, 18 inlays/onlays); (% alpha—highest rating): Retention (100%), Sensitivity (88%), Gingival Index (81 %), Color Match (100%), Marginal Integrity (87%), Margin Discoloration (100%), Secondary Caries (100%) Summary: At the two-year recall, XENO IV and SCA resulted in clinically acceptable restorations in molar and pre-molar teeth with very minor clinical complications. 31 Restorations; 2 year results
