  3. IPARD ct Whatis IPARD? IPARD is Rural Development Component of InstrumentforPre-Accession Assistance-IPA, which is formedbyEuropeanUniontosupportcandidateandpotentialcandidatecountries.

  4. IPARD IPARD aimstoassist in policydevelopment as well as preparationfortheimplementationandmanagement of theEU’sCommonAgriculturalPolicy, Rural Development Policyandotherrelatedpolicies.
