Congrats to CIF Qualifiers "Congrats to CIF Qualifiers Ester N. & Grace Ward - Discus” • Ester  N. won the Discus May 6th and qualified for CIF with a throw of 103' 3 ¼” • Grace W.  was second and also a CIF qualifier with a throw of 99' 6 3'4” • Ishmael Diaz was third for the boys with a throw of 121' 10”

Summer School Hoover High School is hosting Summer School: Gr 9 – 12 June 24 – August 2 7:30am – 11:45am • Offering all core courses (English, Math, Science and Social Studies), Credit Recovery (Apex), Spanish for Spanish Speakers • Summer School is strictly for improving D and F grades • Applications are available in the counseling center.  When taking an application be sure to choose the one with your counselor’s name on it. Return the completed application, including parent/guardian signature, to the counseling center ASAP. • Online Applications are available Under Counseling Center: see Summer School 2013 • NOTE: You must be present for the 6 weeks of summer school.  If you have travel plans postpone them until after August 2!

  17. Clean Campus Classroom Program After taking 5th period attendance, scheduled classes are escorted to the Back Quad by their teacher. You will meet with our Environmental Specialist who will explain the task at hand. Follow-up discussion in the classroom helps everyone brainstorm how to prevent so much lunch trash in the first place.
