Its what you do after you cross the line that really counts”. - Ralph Boston, Olympic Gold Medalist • how to extract the best from the highly qualified and intelligent people in UKM so that we can work for the “common goal of being the best”? (leadership issues) • to agree on how to achieve the “common goal”. (ideas & strategies)

CONCLUSION In the world of university rankings, what universities and teachers do to inspire young minds, to create & innovate, to speak freely unfettered by fear or anxiety, to be imbued with a deep sense of volunteerism, social responsibility & entrepreneurship are not translated into ranking indicators This must not deter us. What matters most is its the immeasurable moral standards and contribution to society. “Not all that counts can be counted”.
