  4. 台灣微軟 ISV Advisory Service • 為了擴大我們對於ISV 合作夥伴的技術支援服務，我們將提供貴公司ISV Advisory Service 的技術支援服務，協助您解決在使用微軟開發技術時所遇到的問題，您將得到來自於微軟技術支援中心的服務，讓您的開發專案進行更加順利。

ISV Advisory 支援範圍 • 技術支援範圍: • Development Support Assistance • Providing Code Samples * • Code Review * • Technology Architecture • Workshop • 非技術支援範圍: • Infrastructure • Installation/Configuration Technologies • Performance Tuning • System Management Server Deployments 註：* Cade Review & * Sample Code的詳細範圍依問題性質得由支援工程師與客戶達成共識後決定

  6. 諮詢服務小時數 • GCP – 20 hours • CP – 15 hours • Empower ISV – 10 hours • 技術支援專員在收到合作伙伴所提出的諮詢要求時將會與合作夥本進行溝通與協調 • 諮詢範圍 • 諮詢目標 • 此次服務所需使用的小時數
