  • A centralized business process model for all process related to Baan, used to implement 12 logistical companies (different physical locations)

  • Now: A centralized business process model containing 350 processes. 250 related to Baan, 100 defining business processes for non-Baan business systems, Business Control Diagrams, and Business Organization Charts.

  • Web enabled our Baan business process model using EZ-Publisher.

  • Began using EZ-Modeler to document the business process for non-Baan business systems.

  • Evaluation under way to use EZ-Compliance to put Sarbanes – Oxley compliant controls in place, to manage the business process.

    • Section 404 requires that the process used to generate statements be accurate and meet an accepted industry standard; certification of internal controls
