Key Driving & Mitigating Factors Driving factors • Poor access to milk and dietray diversity • AWD/cholera outbreak in Galgadud and Mudug regions • High morbidity in Coastal, Hawd and Addun • Low access to safe water in Addun • Low coverage of health programmes <80 in Coastal deeh • Poor infrastructure in Coastal and Addun IDPS • Poor shelters • High morbidity in Dusamareb IDPs. Mitigating factors • Active social support e.g. in-kind or cash • CHD • Good coverage (>75%) of health programmes (polio and Vit A and Measles vaccination in some livelihoods/IDPs
