  3. ACTIVITY: EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCES • Two-day training by SENACON in: • Bogotá: 10 and 11 June • Lima: 13 and 14 June • One week internship in SENACON by SIC and INDECOPI

  4. BRAZILIAN BEST PRACTICES • Safe consumption network: • ProCon (municipalities) & SINDEC (alert system) • Inter-agency cooperation: SENACON (consumer), ANVISA (health), INMETRO (metrology and normalization) • Integral policy: National Consumer Policy of 2012

  5. LESSONS LEARNED • Sharing of national recall network software • Intention of inter-agency MOUs
