  2. Variety • We have talked about the importance of change to avoid plateaus in weight loss, with this in mind we need to start to increase the variety of activities we can choose from. Therefore the assignment this week is to do something new and different. Ex. Aerobics, spin, martial arts, step, dance class etc. • Find and participate in a new activity, write a brief description of the experience (1 paragraph) and post it on the message board. • Remember to submit your excel reports.
