  1. 3RD ANNUAL GUIDE DOGS OF AMERICA CHARITY BOWL NIGHT Hazelwood Bowl March 29th 2014 6pm-12:30am **$42,000 to raise & train a Guide Dog to be provided to blind and visually impaired men and women free of charge.

  2. SPONSERED BY I.A.M.A.W. DISTRICT 837 & HAZELWOOD BOWL • FAMILY FUN EVENT • ATTENDANCE, RAFFLE PRIZES & 50/50 DECK OF CARDS DRAWING • RESERVATION INCLUDEDS FOOD OPEN BAR WITH DRINK SPECIALS • RAISED $4500.00 IN 2013 **Guide Dogs of America receive no State or Federal money nor Government Financial Assistance; rely solely upon voluntary contributions.

  3. FAMILY FUN EVENT All ages are welcome **Guide Dogs of America examines the working and living conditions that take place before the blind applicant is accepted to receive a guide dog in the program.

  4. ATTENDANCE & RAFFLE PRIZES **A blind person accompanied by a guide dog has the right to go anywhere the general public is allowed.

  5. RESERVATIONS • RESERVATIONS ARE ENCOURAGED AS THIS EVENT FILLS UP FAST ANY OPENINGS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE • Call District 837 314-731-0603 ext. 113 or 115 or Hazelwood Bowl 314-731-1891 • Two sessions: 6pm-9pm or 9:30pm-12:30am • 4 people per lane @ $25 per person, $100 per team • Attendance prize drawing at 8:30pm & 11:30pm **The average working life of a guide dogis about 6 to 8 years, but some dogs work for 10 years or longer.
