  6. Budget Initial estimate (all inclusive) Basement 900 m2 + Mezzanine 450 m2 = 4’500 kCHF / 2.5 FTE CV & EL = 1’800 kCHF / 3.0 FTE Total = 6’300 kCHF / 5.5 FTE Building will be a bit smaller, budget difference will be useful for ‘un-scheduled’ issues
