  2. TRADITIONAL ESTONIAN VASTLAKUKLID МАСЛЯНЫЕБУЛОЧКИ Dough: Тесто:Тесто: Flour800gМука 800г Jahu 800 Water 0,5l Вода 0,5л Vesi 0,5 Oil 3 sp. Растительное масло3 ст.л. Küpsetus õli 3 sl. Yeast 50g Дрожжи50г Pärm 50g Sugar 3 sp.Сахар3 ст.л. Suhkur 3sl. Salt 0,5 t.sp Соль0,5 ч.л. Sool 0,5 tl. ______________ _________________ _________________ Aerated filling: Начинка: Sisu: Clotted cream 350g Сливки 350г Vahukoor 350g Sugar 3 sp.Сахар 3 ст.л. Suhkur 3sl.

  3. Dissolve salt, sugar and yeast in warm water. Add some oil.

  4. Add some flour into the mixture .

  5. Mix the dough well and put it in the fridge about 30 minutes .

  6. Cut the dough into pieces and stay them for 15 min

  7. Put them into oven and cook them during 20-25 min (200c)

  8. Mix cream with the sugar

  9. Put whipped cream inside cookies and powdered

  10. It's delicious!!!

  11. TRADITIONAL ICELANDIC LAUFABRAUÐ Recipe 1 kg wheat flour 1 tsp. baking powder 5-600 ml milk, scalded 1 tblsp. butter / margarine 30 g sugar 1 tsp. salt • Some frying fat (preferably sheep´s tallow).

  12. Prepare the dough and make round, very thin flat cakes with diameter of about 15 to 20 cm (6 to 8 inches) • Decorate them with leaf-like, geometric patterns (cut by hand or created using a heavy brass roller) and fry briefly in hot fat.

  18. Dissolve the flour and the yeast with hot water.

  19. Knead very well with the hands.

  20. Cut the sausage in small pieces

  21. Shape loves of bread. Put in the oven for 15 minutes. Next step: all together, let’s eat this wonderful bread.
