FUNDRAISING with the International Motorsports Academy • The International Motorsports Academy has been located in Punta Gorda, FL for over two years • IMA offers Racing Schools, Group Events, Race Events, Kart & Gear Sales, Rentals, and Repair. • IMA has trained over 2000 students across the world from age 4 years old to adults in professional driving • IMA is a strong supporter of local and national charity organizations through racing school donations, silent auction, and charity race events. • IMA offers the only Full-time Racing Academy in the world in partnership with Bradenton Preparatory Academy • IMA can host events from 1 to 150 race participants

Facts about an IMA Charity Event • • The International Motorsports Academy races may be held at locations throughout the Nation • Ongoing events are held at the Charlotte County Motorsports Park in Punta Gorda, FL. • • The event is presented by IMA and volunteers from (your Charity organization) • • Our goal is to offer driving enthusiasts a venue for some • friendly on-track competition, while benefiting a deserving charity • • The event can be Individual driver sprint races or team endurance events at 90 minutes, 3 hours or a grueling 6 hour competition, where racers sometimes are literally bumper to bumper throughout the event • • Similar events across the country have contributed over $40,000 to benefit a specific charity

  5. Who can Participate? • Competitive, safe, fun for anyone that likes to drive! • Our participants have included everyone…men and women, youth and adults • Professional race car drivers and auto enthusiasts • Car clubs and corporations

  6. Major Charity Event • Private Endurance Race Event at location of choice • DeSoto Speedway • Charlotte County Motorsports Park • Sebring International Raceway • Large Parking Lot (ie. Sarasota Kennel Club) • Charity Media Attention and Promotion • Major sponsorship opportunities • National and Local driver participation • Community Involvement

Event Sponsorships(Optional Amounts based on Organization needs) There are many ways to support the Event! • Checkered Flag Sponsorship $2,500 • Supporting Sponsorship $2,000 • Trophy Sponsorship $1,500 • Racer’s Goody Sponsorship $1,500 • Race Team Sponsorship $1,000 • Seat Sponsorship $500 • Lap Sponsorship $/Lap

Logo most prominent on all promotional pieces – event poster*, registration forms, flyers, t-shirts, etc. 4. Logo on web site with hyper link to your site 5. Inclusion in news releases 6. Prominent in Racer’s Schedule of Events 7. Prominent display of Sponsor supplied banner at race and after-party 8. Nearly 6 months of positive exposure to hundreds of racing enthusiasts *Inclusion on event poster only if sponsorship commitment made before poster goes to press.

  9. Supporting Sponsorship Four Available at $2,000 1. Vendor display space 2. Inclusion in media advertising 3. Inclusion in Racer’s Schedule of Events 7. Display of Sponsor supplied banner at race and afterparty 8.   10. Trophy Sponsorships One Available at $1,500 1. The Trophy Sponsor’s name will appear on all awards (20+) given out at the awards ceremony at the on-site after-party. 2. Logo will appear on event poster* and other promotional material. 3. Logo will appear on event website with hyper-link to your website 4. Other recognition will be included at the driver’s meetings and awards ceremony 5. Vendor space also provided 6.   11. Entry Goody Bag Sponsorships One Available at $1,500 1. The Entry Sponsor’s name and/or logo will appear on the goody bag given to each driver at registration. 2. Logo will appear on event poster* and other promotional material. 3. Logo will appear on event website with hyper-link to your website 4. Other recognition will be included at the driver’s meetings and awards ceremony 5. Vendor space also provided 6. Nearly 6 months of positive exposure to hundreds of racing enthusiasts *Inclusion on event poster only if sponsorship commitment made before poster goes to press.

  12. Race Team Sponsorship Team Entry at $1,000 1. Logo on event poster* associated with team name/logo 2. Logo on website associated with team name/logo, hyper-link to your website 3. Logo on Team kart for duration of race 4. Logo on Team shirts/hats (if shirt/hat are provided) 5. Potential inclusion in post-race media for sponsored team class winners 6. Inclusion in Racer’s Schedule of Events adjacent to sponsored team name/logo 7. Prominent display of Sponsor supplied banner at race and after-party for 1st in class team winners 8. Nearly 6 months of positive exposure to hundreds of racing enthusiasts *Inclusion on event poster only if sponsorship commitment made before poster goes to press.

  13. Individual Racer Sponsorship Race Entrants at $500 1. Seat for racer on a team 2. Logo on sponsored racer’s helmet 3. Logo on Team kart for duration of race, with approval of team members

  14. Lap Sponsorship Total completed Laps at $?/lap • Available for Charity Races, Team Endurance and Sprint Race Entries • Charitable donation • Unlimited sponsorship potential • Exposure to community • Community Involvement

Team Endurance Race Entry • Monthly 90 Minute Team Endurance Race at Charlotte County Motorsports Park in Punta Gorda • Charity Race Team Entry is $360 for 2 or 3 drivers per kart • Charitable contribution is $90 per kart or $30 per entry • Lap Sponsorships $/Lap are recommended at approximately 140 total race laps • Charity is announced at Drivers Meeting and in Race Web Mailings • Banner may be hung during event & logos may be added to Kart Entry for duration of race. • Website link to charity organization • Ongoing participation optional

  16. Sprint Race Entry • Monthly Kart Sprint Races at Charlotte County Motorsports Park in Punta Gorda • Charity Race Individual Entry is $125 • Charitable contribution is $50 per kart • Lap Sponsorships $/Lap are recommended at approximately 39 total race laps • Charity is announced at Drivers Meeting and in Race Web Mailings • Banner may be hung during event & logos may be added to Kart Entry for duration of race. • Website link to charity organization • Ongoing participation optional
