  1. Recommendations for Tribe Clan of the Soaring Eagle

  2. Food and Clothing Recommendations • A mano and matate are needed to grind the corn. These are heavy, we should NOT take them with us, but look for good stones to use in our new home.

  3. Building Recommendations • Need Stones and clay for making bricks. • Need site that is mostly flat under overhanging cliffs (can also use until permanent houses are made).

  4. Farming Recommendations • Crops: corn, beans, and squash. Need to bring seeds. • New site MUST be near river or other water close enough to use to irrigate crops. • New site should have some flat areas that can be used for farming.

  5. Tools and Weapons • Atlatl (spear thrower): Bring with us (need on the journey). • Tools to make holes (awls)- used to make clothing, or to put 2 pieces of hide together. • Need site where there are plenty of animals to hunt (deer, sheep).
