    3. The University of Michigan Center for Economic Diversification Was established in 1978 to help the Michigan economy become more broadly based. A primary goal is to help communities and companies become more innovative, flexible, efficient, and globally competitive. IRLEE Assist Communities in Economic Recovery

    4. The Community Economic Adjustment Program (CEAP) links communities that are experiencing significant socio-economic dislocation resulting from automotive plant closures to support services and/or funding opportunities available through federal, state, and non-profit resources. CEAP works with communities and local social service agencies to assist them in the proposal preparation process. IRLEE Assist Communities in Economic Recovery
