Facilitators is someone who acts as a source of information and help the team by giving solution to all the problems like communication gap, problem of the team to be discussed with management which in turn leads to happy work environment. • Effective facilitation can help the organization to grow by working in a team and also helps to maximize the resources by getting work done from everyone.
