  • CRMC has requested $8.6M from NOAA in ARRA habitat restoration funding for “shovel ready” habitat restoration projects

  • Submit pre-proposal to CRMC (October)

  • Pre-proposals reviewed by Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)

  • Full proposals requested from approved applicants

  • Full proposals submitted and reviewed by TAC (December)

  • Awards approved by Council and announced in January
